If chat does not load, check your connection, force quit the app, and reopen it. Your card data still lives on your phone.

How do I cancel Timeline+?

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose Timeline. You can cancel there. Apple keeps access active until the end of the paid period.

I was charged and want a refund.

Apple handles all payments and refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Timeline charge, and request a refund.

The AI chat is not responding.

Chat needs internet. If you are connected and it still fails, reopen the app. If it keeps happening, email us with the rough time it failed and what you asked.

Where is my saved data?

Timeline stores your profile, saved people, and app memory locally on your device. Deleting the app can delete local data. Optional cloud sync is planned for later.

How do relationship reads work?

You add a birthday. Timeline maps that birthday to a card pattern, compares it with your pattern, then explains the dynamic in normal language.

Is this medical, legal, or financial advice?

No. Timeline is a reflection and planning app. It can help you think clearly, but it does not replace a doctor, lawyer, therapist, accountant, or financial advisor.

How do I restore purchases?

Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with, open Timeline settings, and tap Restore Purchases.
